As your Broker we offer what few other Agencies offer their Clients. We offer you the Collin County Homes Commission Share Rebate Program. This program covers New Homes, Existing Homes, Land and Town homes and consists of our sharing a portion of our commission earned from the Seller with you. Rebates can range upward to 2.25% of the purchase price on New Homes.
Example
If you, a Client,where to purchase a $400,000 new home from a featured Builder your rebate would be $10,000!
$400,000 x .025= $10,000

- Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
