When you become a client of Collin County Homes or any of our subsidiaries you will be qualified to receive part of our commissions earned when you participate in a buy or sell transaction. If your a buyer, the transaction can involve Land, New Builder Homes or Previously owned homes. If your a seller the transaction could involve Land, or the sale of your home.
In any case, as a Buyer client of Collin County Homes LLC you will make thousands of extra dollars while receiving state of the art service including negotiation assistance.
For instance, if you were to buy a $400,000 New Builder's Home your portion of the commission would be $7,000. If you were to purchase a $400,000 Previously Owned Home your share, at closing/funding, would be $6,000 and if you bought land for $400,000 your share of the Commissions would be $4,000!
List your home for sale and as a Seller client you will pay a substantial discount in your listing rate. The going rate of 6% charged by full service Agents against the selling price vs our charge of only 4.75% produces an impressive savings in Realtor cost at closing/funding of $5,000 assuming a sales price of $400,000!
