Before the founding of Collin County Homes LLC, Bob was the founder of FirstWordTemporaries the nation's first temporary staffing company to specialize in word processing and computer operators. More recently was Founder/CEO of Software Academy one of the first companies to specialize in providing Corporate computer and network training to the employees of some of the nations largest corporation.
This committment to innovation and entreprenuership continues forward in Collin County Homes where he has built the company around the unique concept of "sharing the commission with the Client " A bold and new way of saving Clients thousands of dollars while providing them the highest standard of quality service. Bob is a long time resident of Collin County, specifically Plano, Prosper and Richardson where Bob served as president of two of the Home owners Associations He presently serves on the Board, as the past Chairman, of the Prosper Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of the Prosper Economic Development Corporation. A past Board member of the Frisco Ice Hockey Association, he is also an inaugural class member of the Northern Collin County Leadership Program. Bob is a proud Charter member of the Prosper Rotary Club. Carol is also a long time citizen of Collin County. She presently is a Program Director for Collin College where, among other programs she oversees the continued education real estate courses. As co-founders of Collin County Homes LLC, both Bob and Carol are convinced that customer service also means offering customers Value. Their Buyer Rebate (Commission Share) Programs and Seller Discount Listing Programs are testimonials to their conviction. Full service/fair fees. Carol and Bob have 7 children and 7 grand children living in Collin County ranging from Wiley to the Town of Prosper.
